Leslie Bates
Chairman and Managing Director. Known for an exhaustive knowledge of the fishing industry, Leslie sources premium produce, ensures the best available technology is in place, and works closely with Sofrimar's European clients.
Lorcan Barden
Financial Director. Lorcan coordinates and manages the financial and administration functions and liaises with Sofrimar's Far Eastern clients.
Yohann Pierard
Sales and Marketing Manager. Yohann is responsible for overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities as well as liaising with European customers on a daily basis. He is fluent in French.
Cyril Lambert
Production Manager. Cyril plans and oversees day to day production at our plant, with his team of experienced managers.
Irene Doyle
Quality Control Manager. Irene carefully monitors the quality of our produce, from arrival to dispatch. She also manages the health & safety and training functions.
Tommy Carroll
Manager, Fresh Fish Area. Tommy oversees the intake of all shellfish and whitefish, taking care that only the highest quality produce is selected for our clients.
Paul Whitehead
Manager, Value Added Products. Paul pays careful attention to all aspects of production and packing of cooked seafood, ensuring perfect presentation to the customer.

Maintenance Manager. Eddie ensures the smooth operation of all equipment at the plant.

Night Production Manager. Martin leads a dedicated team responsible for plant hygiene.
